The vendor[1] is a fish who appears in the episode "Don't Feed the Clowns."
Description
The vendor is a large light green fish with balding black hair. He has a 5 o'clock shadow. He wears a white apron covered in grease and also wears a tan shirt and a vendor hat.
Role in episode
When SpongeBob and little clown are operating the hot dog stand, the vendor comes with a stack of wieners, only to find out that the two were using his stand. SpongeBob realizes that it was his cart and tries to apologize, but then the vendor grabs him and the little clown and turns them into a hot dog shape in a bun, then throws them away.
