She is a green fish with red lips and a blue fin. She has a reflector on her head and wears a white coat and a pink dress with snails and worms printed on it.

After SpongeBob takes Q.T.-π to the vet, the veterinarian first puts the puts the stethoscope onto the robot's stomach, she hears some voices screaming and decides to use a tongue depressor, but after she tells Q.T.-π to say "Awww," she accidentally triggers his monstrous transformation and gets eaten by him.
"Wary Gary"
When SpongeBob finally manages to bring Gary to the vet, the veterinarian checks Gary's teeth, then gives him a lollipop filled with vaccines and nutrients. After seeing SpongeBob's beaten-up appearance, she tries to give him an injection, and Gary chases after him.
