He is a light brownish-orange fish with brown hair. He also wears a purple suit with a red tie. He wears no pants.
Role in episode
He appears when SpongeBob watches a film called How to Be Normal for Beginners. He hosts the film and starts asking SpongeBob some rhetorical questions. He then guides SpongeBob into a "Journey into Normality." He introduces him to Mr. Normal, and describes how neat and the wonderful features that person has and what his life is like.
Trivia
- Even though his suit is purple, it is shown as black on the VHS cover of the tutorial.
