Incidental 91,[1] also known as Incidental 91KID[2][3], is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy." He is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.
Description
He is a short light blue elderly fish with spikes on his head, orange liver spots, and bushy gray eyebrows. He wears glasses, brown pants, and purple slippers.
Incidental 91KID
He is a short yellow kid fish with three brown spots on the sides of his head and a small light brown dorsal fin. He also wears thicker glasses that show visible pupils and brown pants. In his older appearances, he was originally colored light blue with orange spots like his normal variant.
Names
- In "My Pretty Seahorse," he is named Old Man Jenkins.
- In the PC version of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie video game, he is an explorer named Charles Oscar William Piedmont Augustus Winthorp.
Role in series
Incidental 91 has made a few appearances throughout the series due to most elderly incidentals being usually portrayed as Shady Shoals Rest Home residents. He has also made a few speaking and notable roles as well. He also has a "KID" suffix variant that appears as a child in a very few episodes.

He appears as a mourner in SpongeBob's fantasy for his pen pal's funeral.

Incidental 91KID is one of the many school children from Squidward's flashback who runs away from his bad kazoo playing. Incidental 91 later appears where he picks up his son from the Krusty Krab lost and found at the end of the episode.
"Patrick's Coupon"
He is one of the incidentals who appear in Patrick's fantasy chanting "coupon."
"Pat the Horse"
Incidental 91KID appears as one of the kids wanting to pet Patrick as a horse. He later appears as one of the kids wanting to ride Squidward as a horse.
"Call the Cops"
SpongeBob "shoots" a dirty look at his face. He is later seen as one of the elderly people in the Bikini Bottom Police Department's evidence room.
"Jolly Lodgers"
He is part of SpongeBob and Patrick's conga line.
"Ma and Pa's Big Hurrah"
He slowly drives by Harold and Margaret SquarePants' house after it rots, complaining that nobody listens to him about protecting their house with lemon juice and plastic.

He is an explorer who tells SpongeBob about the "Crustacean Cavern," which has the "Corridors of Confusion," the "Pool of Perception," and the "Doors of Deception" in it, names which he made up. He has a very high IQ level, as evidenced by his sophisticated way of speaking.

- Incidental 91KID has mistakenly taken the appearance of Incidental 91 in a few episodes.
- He makes his first speaking role in "My Pretty Seahorse."
- His color palette greatly resembles Incidental 92B's.
- Unlike Old Man Jenkins (Inc 80) and Old Man Jenkins (Inc 86), the name "Old Man Jenkins" wasn't given to Incidental 91 consistently throughout the franchise, only being referred as such in a single episode.
- His fins are similar to Incidental 15 and Harris.'
- Incidental 91KID's current design has only appeared in one episode so far, "Pat the Horse." In episodes after "Pat the Horse," he has only been seen with his old design.
