Exterior

The exterior of the building is shaped like a mattress. Two windows and the door are on the bottom layer. The sign resembles the backboard of a bed, and is blue, red, and yellow.

Interior

The inside of Mattress has purple metal walls and a marble floor. On the sales floor are many different mattresses and beds.

Role in episode

SpongeBob and the anchovies go here while hanging out, having fun jumping between the mattresses together.
