Though Karen is Plankton's computer wife, she is more easy for SpongeBob to get along with.

• "Friend or Foe" - SpongeBob asks Karen if Mr. Krabs and Plankton teary hug warms her heart, and she answers that it would if she had one.
• "Single Cell Anniversary" - SpongeBob helps Plankton write and perform a love song for Karen.
• "Frozen Face-Off" - Karen teams up with SpongeBob to stop Plankton, who has only set up the race so he could "pursue the Krabby Patty formula undetected."
• "Karen 2.0" - SpongeBob comforts Karen during Plankton's ensuing time with Karen 2.
• "The Incredible Shrinking Sponge" - When SpongeBob is launched into the Chum Bucket, he greets Karen. Karen scans him and kicks him out at Plankton's request.
• "Karen's Virus" - Karen gets a virus, and SpongeBob has to journey into her hard drive to get it out.
• "King Plankton" - Karen offers to watch SpongeBob's sea chimps for the day.
• "The Ghost of Plankton" - During Plankton's "funeral," Karen comforts a mourning SpongeBob.
