There are various live-action trees.
Sandy's treedome
Sandy lives in an oak tree[1] that has grown acorns and apples.[2][3][4]
The Flying Dutchman's Treasure Hunt
It is a model of an old tree with a fork in it.
Sand Mountain
It is a tree wearing a scuba set.
House Fancy
It is a green tree with a shape similar to an air freshener. It has four layers with oval shapes.

"House Fancy"
The tree is part of the House Fancy TV show logo; it appears on each side once the house is formed.

Trivia
- The tree in "House Fancy" is unique due to the fact that it is one of the only CGI trees in the show and how it is also the only tree to be made from ovals.
