Angry Jack[1], also known as Judge 1[2], is a "Judge" incidental who first appears in the episode "Slimy Dancing."
Description
He is an egg-shaped light blue fish with a light green dorsal fin and blue lips. He wears a white shirt with a red bow tie, brown pants with a black belt, and black shoes.
