Character
Cecil Star, known as Herb Star before being redesigned,[1] is the husband of Bunny Star and the father of Patrick, and adoptive father to Squidina Star.
Description
He is sage green in color. He is also half bald, has brown hair, eyebrows, and a mustache, and wears gray pants with a brown belt and a white shirt with a red bow tie. Like the other sea stars in the show, he has dots around his body.
