Silly, Confused, and Hungry are characters who appear in the episode "To Dad and Back."
Description
They are small starfish that look like Patrick, but are colored purple, magenta, and orange respectively. They each represent one of Cecil Star's emotions.
Role in episode
When Patrick and Rube are touring Cecil's body, they come across Silly, Confused, and Hungry, who are seen fighting and arguing with each other.
