Starfish thug
The starfish thug,[1] also known as the muscular starfish,[2] is a character who first appears in the episode "No Weenies Allowed."
Description
He is a muscular tannish-brown starfish who has stubby limbs that resemble Patrick's. He has white eyes with black pupils and he wears dark petrol green pants held with a black belt.
Role in series
The starfish thug doesn't get too much screen time and is usually seen among other muscular characters. After his appearance in "Krusty Krushers," he is absent from the series for a few years until his short return in the season 9 episode, "Squid Plus One." He then made yet another long absence in the series and made a second comeback in the season 13 episode, "Salty Sponge." He was firstly designed to be a patron at The Salty Spitoon.

He is wiped out of The Salty Spitoon and sent into the air.
"SpongeBob Meets the Strangler"
He is one of the tough people who run away from the Tough Tavern when SpongeBob asks if any of them could be his bodyguard to protect him from the Tattletale Strangler.
"Skill Crane"
At the end of the episode, when Squidward destroys the Krusty Krab with a claw truck, he and all of the other construction workers angrily surround Squidward just when SpongeBob grabs him with the claw truck and leaves.
"Krusty Krushers"
He is one of the many wrestlers that try to beat Champ 1 and Champ 2 in a wrestling match, but fails.
"Squid Plus One"
He is seen exercising at Goo Lagoon.
"Salty Sponge"
He is once again thrown out of the Salty Spitoon when Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob arrive there, and is later still seen laying on the ground after SpongeBob tosses the mechanical bull out of the Salty Spitoon.
