Plot
When Christmas comes, SpongeBob is busy late at night decorating his house with Christmas lights. When he turns them on, they awaken Squidward. SpongeBob then wishes for a blanket of snow to make the display perfect. When SpongeBob asks Squidward what he wants for Christmas, Squidward tells him that he wants the day off, which would happen anyway since the Krusty Krab is closed on Christmas. The next day, SpongeBob ask Mr. Krabs when he can start decorating the Krusty Krab for Christmas, only for Krabs to refuse to let him decorate thinking it would cost him money.
