Location
Encino is the neighborhood in which Patchy the Pirate, Potty the Parrot, and Mrs. Johnson live in, as their hometown. If they exist, the old man, woman, and her baby from the song "Back in Encino" also live there. Most of the Patchy segments in specials take place here.
