Template:LTab Template:Location The Bikini Bottom Mall is a mall that first appears in the episode "SpongeBob Meets the Strangler."

About

Description

It is a large red and white ship converted into a four-story mall. On the side, in huge letters, it reads "Mall" in gold text. There is a parking lot in front of it, although it is on the sand. There is a sign in front of it too that reads the mall's name in pink letters on a gold sign surrounded by green bamboo held by brown sticks. It features an elevator and escalators.

Role in series

"SpongeBob Meets the Strangler"

Template:Data:Links and the Tattletale Strangler run errands here. SpongeBob asks for the Strangler's preference on his choice of perfume, but he does not care and rushes to go to SpongeBob's house.

"Whale of a Birthday"

Template:Data:Links goes inside the mall with her friends while SpongeBob stalks her to find out what to buy her for her birthday. SpongeBob buys most of Pearl's birthday gifts at the mall.

"To Love a Patty"

SpongeBob is seen riding a jellyfish ride at the mall with Patty during the montage of the song "I Can't Keep My Eyes Off of You."

"Money Talks"

Template:Data:Links spends his money on fairy princess outfits, corn dogs, and diapers, but runs away when he sees SpongeBob and Template:Data:Links had bought the same things he had.

"The Battle of Bikini Bottom"

SpongeBob and Patrick are seen at the mall at the beginning, trying on "best friend" shirts. Unfortunately, the shirts caused them to get confused as they're sending off the wrong signals to different customers, causing them to rip the shirts and get kicked out by the security guards.

"Porous Pockets"

A montage plays of SpongeBob and Patrick going on a shopping spree at the mall.

"To SquarePants or Not to SquarePants"

SpongeBob buys a new pair of pants from a clothing store in the mall.

"Mall Girl Pearl"

The Bikini Bottom Mall plays its biggest role to date in this episode. Pearl attempts to get a job at the mall to fit in with her friends, only to be hired for a job at Grandma's Apron, much to her disappointment. However, she later accepts the occupation and reconciles with her friends after the store's manager, Beatrice, shows Pearl and her friends the benefits of being a grandmother.

Bikini Bottom Button Bash

It appears in the second level.
