Synopsis

SpongeBob tries to help Miss. Shell cross the street, but little does he know, she wanted to take the bus. After SpongeBob is notified, he runs after the bus, but trips and Miss. Shell goes flying. She ends up using her umbrella to swing on a street light and flies into the bus, and then thanks SpongeBob. He gets run over by a boatmobile in the middle of replying with "You're welcome!"

Trivia

This is one of the 5 Best Day Ever shorts.
On The Pilot a Mini-Movie and the Square Shorts DVD, the short is titled "Crossing the Road."
This short premiered six years after "Your Shoe's Untied" and "Squid's Day Off" premiered and two years after Sponge For Hire was released on DVD and VHS.
