Dopey Dick, also called the great white jellyfish, is a rare white jellyfish who makes an appearance in the episode of the same name.
Description
It is a rare white jellyfish who lives inside the dark blue ocean. It is a gigantic jellyfish who appears to be much larger than the average jellyfish. It also has a mouth and says its quote "Doy, doy!" It is known for having a very powerful sting as well as purple jelly inside of it.
Role in episode
When Captain SpongeHab's crew hunts for Dopey Dick on the Ye Olde Pineapple, He blows the shape of Dopey out of bubblegum to tell the sailors about Dopey, and then the bubblegum Dopey pops after hitting a nail which causes bubblegum to shoot all over Fishmael. The others then spot Dopey Dick when SpongeHab does not notice. The sailors proceed to help SpongeHab spot Dopey and then he spots him. Fishmael Tentacles received a special job to catch Dopey Dick which made the boat chase Dopey. Fishmael played music which made them catch Dopey Dick and release it. He was then captured by Capn' A. Krabs and Planky as they refuse to release it and destroys the Ye Olde Pineapple with Nematodes. Captain SpongeHab's crew must rescue it. They sneak onto the boat and rescue Dopey Dick with Krabs' crew noticing but Dopey Dick saves them and destroys their boat as Dopey Dick then has a job at The Jelly Squirt Inn as then he sprays purple jelly through everyone as the story ends.
