It is apparently close to New Kelp City. It is a lavender building with dark blue windows and a wooden roof. On said roof, there is a sign held together by a bamboo stick with a green border that reads the restaurant's name in dark red letters within a light yellow square. There is a dark orange door with a brown window on it. There is also a mint green newspaper machine located outside in the middle of the restaurant.
