Firejellies are a type of jellyfish that appear in the episode "Swamp Mates." They are the undersea equivalent of fireflies.
Description
They are small, gold jellyfish. Their stings are much more potent than those of regular jellyfish as shown on Bubble Basses tongue.
Role in episode
While Bubble Bass and Patrick get lost in the swamp, the former gets stung by a couple of firejellies that came out of Patrick's nose for a few seconds until Bubble Bass coughs them out.
