Synopsis
After Gary becomes enraged, he begins to bite people on their wrist, causing them to believe they are zombies. SpongeBob goes to downtown Bikini Bottom and sees everyone as zombies. The zombies begin to chase after SpongeBob, but SpongeBob hides out in the Krusty Krab. Though a doctor finds out that they weren't zombies and they were just bitten by an angry snail, then he pulled out the splinter like in the episode with the book ending with everyone happy, except Squidward.

- The book is similar to the Season 4 episode "Once Bitten."
