Due to the nature of Patrick's dental hygiene,the results aren't available until the morning.Patrick tells Spongebob he has no cavities.Spongebob is thrilled...until the dentist calls him and says he has four cavities.However,the results got mixed up,and Patrick is the one with four cavities!
