Incidental 49A is the only known worker for Bikini Realty, as seen in the episodes "Opposite Day" and "Truth or Square," when she sold Template:Data:Links a house.
Bikini Realty is likely responsible for all realty affairs in Bikini Bottom because the company sold two of the main character's houses.
