Billy,Template:Data:References also known as Incidental 65 and Customer 3, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Pickles." His incidental type is currently unknown.

Description

Billy is a short foghorn-shaped lime green fish with orange-red lips and a slightly darker green spiky dorsal fin. He wears a light orange shirt with a scarlet stripe in the middle. In his older appearances, He wore no clothing, Revealing two light orange stripes on his body. Customer 3 shares the same appearance as Billy's old design variant.

Names

Billy is the only generic name Incidental 65 has been given in the franchise. It was used for him in "Walking Small."

Role in series

Billy has made a few notable and speaking roles throughout the series. He mostly appears as a silent incidental character throughout the series. He was firstly designed to be a Krusty Krab customer.

"Pickles"

"He burnt my shake."

He appears at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 63 and Incidental 30 claiming that Template:Data:Links burnt his shake and he then leaves the Krusty Krab with them. He is later seen watching SpongeBob and Bubble Bass' show off alongside Incidental 6 and Incidental 67.

"Employee of the Month"

He is seen receiving "free" Template:Data:Links after the Krusty Krab explodes and Krabby Patties come raining down.

"Walking Small"

Billy finds what he believes is a "toy tractor" on the shore of Goo Lagoon and wants to pick it up, but his mother, Incidental 14, tells him to put it down, much to his disappointment. The tractor is actually Template:Data:Links's bulldozer. He also appears as one of the kite flyers.

"Fools in April"

He is shown to be disturbed and concerned during Squidward's cruel prank on SpongeBob.

"Wormy"

He is seen being tossed in the air during the town's destruction.

He appears as one of Kevin C. Cucumber's biggest fans in the ditch.

He looks at SpongeBob with shock after he greets the customers with a swear.

He claims that he is hungry after hearing Squidward's speech giving Sandals the idea to get a Krabby Patty at the Krusty Krab.

He makes some notable appearances in the audience in a few shots during Squidward's recital.

He appears as a passenger in Incidental 41's bus, saying "aww" and cheering when SpongeBob and Template:Data:Links make up.

He is seen as a photographer at Template:Data:Links.

He is seen being disturbed by the smell of Mr. Stinky at the Krusty Krab.

SpongeBob and Patrick splatter trash all over him while playing Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. He is then seen angrily leaving the Krusty Krab due to being covered in trash.

He appears running away from the ice cream flood in Bikini Bottom.

SpongeBob and Sticky Fins Whiting nearly crash into his boat while going the opposite direction on the street.
