Synopsis
On his show, Patrick is playing a game of Tic-Tac-Toe against himself, boring the audience. Patrick rubs his head with the pencil, causing the tip to break off. He goes into an underground dungeon room full of sharp weapons to sharpen the pencil, barely avoiding injuries at first. He returns and his arm falls off, then regrows. The arm grows into a tiny, baby-like version of Patrick, who is then named Patty Poo.
Patty Poo becomes a hit with the audience for his catchphrase, "whoopsie doodle!" He asks Patrick if there is more to life than just the show, and Patrick points out his cute sneezes. The family puts him to bed, and the next day, Patty Poo suddenly grows a bigger body before his show. The audience no longer likes him as much, lowering the show's ratings again.
Patty Poo has another growth spurt, brought on by Patrick giving him a juice box with rapid growth plant fertilizer. He gets so big that he takes up the entire studio. When Patty Poo explains that he wants to go out and help the world and do more than just TV, Patrick agrees, and he heads off into the sunset. Patty Poo lives in the forest and helps the citizens when he is needed.
Back on the Patrick Show, the audience is outraged at Patty Poo's disappearance. Patrick says he is not cutting off another limb, so the audience chops off Patrick's limbs, causing them to regrow into other Patty Poo-like forms.

Production notes
- "Great thing about working on the Patrick Star show is the chance of working on multiple styles. This one was very special and fun to work on. We did a lil song in a Mary Blair style BGS. I had the chance to set up the design and color for the entire sequence, thanks so much [Marta Knudsen] for all trust and freedom..."
- Gleeson described this as a "fun (and slighty[sic] disturbing) episode."
- Gleeson added the detail of Squidina aiming the camera at Patrick after covering her eyes: "I added this tiny detail of Squidina not being to help herself taking a peek at the near carnage going on, anything for the perfect shot!"[6]
- "I also got the heartfelt scene before the incredible musical number when Patty Poo finally leaves the nest and makes his own mark on the world, quite literally. I wanted to capture the proud dad in Pat throughout this scene"[7]
