He is a dark brown anchovy with long light brown hair. He wears a white dress shirt with a purple bowtie and belt, along with dark gray pants and black shoes.

He is seen at the Bikini Bottom Mall where he is greeted by Pearl and her friends. SpongeBob then kidnaps him to be one of Pearls birthday presents. He later appears at her party at the Krusty Krab.
