He is a dark brown anchovy with long light brown hair. He wears a white dress shirt with a purple bowtie and belt, along with dark gray pants and black shoes.

Teen 4 makes a few appearances throughout the series where he is almost always portrayed as a teenager.

"The Chaperone"

He is one of the many teens attending the Bikini Bottom High School prom where he is struggling to dance to the "Doing the Sponge" song with Teen 10.

"The Sponge Who Could Fly"

He is seen in a flashback from the episode "The Chaperone."

"Whale of a Birthday"

He is seen at the Bikini Bottom Mall where he is greeted by Template:Data:Links and her friends. Template:Data:Links then kidnaps him to be one of Pearl's birthday presents. He later appears at her party at the Krusty Krab.

"Married to Money"

He is seen attending Template:Data:Links' and Cashina's wedding.
