Cecil^[3] Star^[1]^[2] is the husband of Bunny Star and the father of Patrick, and adoptive father to Squidina Star.^[1]^[2]

Description

He is sage green in color. He is also half bald, has brown hair, eyebrows, and a mustache, and wears gray pants with a brown belt and a white shirt with a red bow tie.^[4]^[5]^[6] Like the other sea stars in the show, he has dots around his body.
