Synopsis
In this short, SpongeBob tries to help Miss Shell cross the street, but little does he know that she wanted to take the bus. After SpongeBob is notified, he runs after the bus, but trips and Miss Shell goes flying.
She ends up using her umbrella to swing on to a street light and flies into the bus, and then thanks SpongeBob. He gets run over by a boatmobile in the middle of replying with "You're welcome!" Then the short ends.

- This is the first of five "Best Day Ever" shorts.

- This short premiered Bob Jaques' 50th birthday, six years after "Your Shoe's Untied" and "Squid's Day Off" premiered and two years after Sponge For Hire was released on DVD and VHS.
