Synopsis
The episode begins at a wedding in the yard outside the Star house. Slappy "marries" Patrick to his veiled bride, who turns out to be a giant cake. However, Patrick's long-lost twin cousin, FitzPatrick, jumps out of the cake. FitzPatrick is only distinguishable through his slightly lighter skin tone and orange hair. Squidina is hesitant and doesn't remember who he is, but Patrick does not find the situation strange, and goes with him. After Patrick and FitzPatrick leave, the rest of the guests eat the cake.
Patrick and FitzPatrick walk down the street, where the latter announces that he will impersonate Patrick and ruin his reputation. Patrick is not bothered, and invites him to Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat. There, FitzPatrick takes off his hair and puts it on Patrick to disguise himself. He short-circuits the performing Goofy Scoopers to sing a song, as Patrick, about the bad deeds he has done. The band members explode, causing the kids to scream and run away. The Goofy Manager and Big Jim kick the two of them out, although Patrick reveals that he gets banned from Goofy Goober's weekly, and he and the manager are friends. FitzPatrick is disappointed, and Patrick takes him to Near Mint Comic Books.
At the comic store, FitzPatrick gives Patrick his hair and a fantasy comic book to keep him busy. In the comic, a barbarian Patrick fights off a wizard Bubble Bass, who enchants him into different animals. FitzPatrick destroys and vandalizes the store, attracting the attention of the cashier. The guests blame Patrick, and the cashier kicks him out. To FitzPatrick's dismay, this did not matter since there is an entire district of comic book stores that Patrick can go to instead.
Patrick and FitzPatrick arrive home in time for The Patrick Show!, which is broadcast across the world. Realizing his chance to ruin Patrick's reputation, FitzPatrick shoves him into the time closet, disguises himself, and goes on stage. There, he makes insulting jokes towards the audience and has them stung by jellyfish. For the finale, he hooks the cork at the bottom of a boat, to sink it and crush the audience. However, he is interrupted by an influx of Patricks from "every timeline" pouring out of the time closet. The real Patrick returns, and FitzPatrick is dragged back into the closet.
Squidina is happy to have Patrick back, but he notices the crane FitzPatrick left behind. He reels it in, and the cork is pulled out. The audience is crushed by the boat, but pop out of the windows holding buckets of ice cream. Patrick realizes that the boat is full of "cork-in-the-bottom brand ice cream," and he and the audience begin eating it.
Meanwhile, the time closet kicks out FitzPatrick into the same barbarian dimension as the comic book. FitzPatrick announces his plans to imitate the barbarian Patrick, who reacts by magically turning him into a sea urchin. FitzPatrick then chases after a similar sea urchin to "ruin its reputation."
