Incidental 153, also known as Kid 4, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "The Smoking Peanut." She is classified as a kid-type incidental.
Description
She is a tan-colored fish child with light blue lips. She wears a pink skirt.
Kid 4
She wears a red and white striped birthday hat and her arms and legs are the same color as her skin color. She comes in three different colors:
- Yellow with a neon green dorsal fin, salmon and pink lips, and a light blue skirt
- Pink with a grayish pink dorsal fin, dark pink lips, and a bright teal skirt
- Lavender with a faded teal dorsal fin, dark purple lips, and a red skirt

- In Good Ideas... and Other Disasters, her family is named Poecilia.
- In "Chum Caverns," she is named Susie.
- In "Feral Friends," she is named Sissy.
Other
- In "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob," an unclear identification from a kids birthday party at the Krusty Krab containing Incidentals 37AKID, 103, 141, 151, 152, and 153 is referred as the Tarpon twins.

Incidental 153 has not made too many major roles in the series. She is usually portrayed as a child and is usually seen among other kid fish.

She asks Mr. Krabs for a "SpongeBob Patty" much to his anger.

She becomes amazed by SpongeBob's bubble boat.

She and Gale become freaked out when they see SpongeBob's and Mr. Krabs' abandoned Old Man Walker and Incidental 84 costumes.

She is seen playing ball with her family until Neptune's moon arrives and turn them all into feral fish and they then attack each other.

She appears as one of the dancing customers at the Krusty Krab.
"Cuddle E. Hugs"
He is one of the incidentals who watches Cuddle E. Hugs tickle SpongeBob with her mother shielding her eyes.
"Grandmum's the Word"
SpongeBob puts a Plankton-themed hat onto her's and her family's heads, he also makes her table Plankton-themed.
"Moving Bubble Bass"
She is one of the kids playing jump rope who SpongeBob and Patrick at first pass by with Bubble Bass' belongings and later run over with his belongings.
"Shopping List"
She watches SpongeBob happily sing about his shopping spree.
"Patnocchio"
She watches Patrick and Plankton's nose fight at Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat.
"ChefBob"
She watches SpongeBob fight ChefBob and bounces her pogo stick on top of ChefBob after Squidward kicks him out of the Krusty Krab.

She is seen shocked when Sandy's submarine arrives at the competition.

She is one of the virtual reality incidentals who cheer while SpongeBob "drives."

She appears as one of the rioters who carry Squidward over to his burying spot after the rioters brutally punch him.

Two Incidental 153s watch Incidental 103 and Incidental 152 ride on Tony's shell like a swing set until Tony tells them to get off.

She is seen at Glove World!, running away from the Chum Bucket glove.

She appears as a baby passenger on the plane where she angrily tells Squidward to stop crying because she is trying to nap.
The Patrick Star Show

She appears as a customer at the yard sale where she mistakes GrandPat Star's oldie-o as a hula hoop. GrandPat tries to get the oldie-o back from her but she aggressively refuses and ends up using the oldie-o as a hula hoop but she then struggles with it due to the many gadgets in the oldie-o activating in it.

She is in the audience of Patrick's show.
"Best Served Cold"
She jumps and cheers for ice cream, then gets whipped into the shape of an ice cream cone by the passing ice cream truck.
"Pick Patrick's Path"
She appears as a mother with Incidental 118C.
"The Fun Bucket"
She appears in the commercial for the Fun Bucket.
"A Patty in Time"
She ends up on the Patty Kake poster, and Patrick blows her away with a reef blower.
"Squidina's Holidaze Special"
She appears as part of Squidina's play. There, she dresses up as a princess. Later, she and others get into the school bus prop, just before the backstage crewman lights up the rocket. Thus, causes the bus to go flying off the auditorium, while there, Incidental 153 is shown screaming along with others in there. Later, the bus crashes back to the auditorium, and soon, she and the kids fight against the adult actors on the stage.
