Synopsis

"Squidward lets SpongeBob and Patrick borrow his sink strainer. SpongeBob and Patrick then try jellyfishing with it, but it breaks. What will they do?"

Plot

The story begins with SpongeBob and Patrick in Squidward's house, admiring his sink strainer that was partially broken. Squidward tells them they can borrow the strainer if they promise to leave afterward. When trying to jellyfish with it, Patrick slips and then trips, missing the jellyfish and ripping the strainer.

SpongeBob says he can fix the strainer with a hammer, which he properly does, and they return it to Squidward. Squidward is surprised since he gave it to them broken. They claimed they could fix anything, and they end the story offering to fix up Squidward's house, only to Squidward's denial.
