Description
He is an orange clown with green fins, white face paint, red nose and blue lips. He wears a wooden barrel with a red target and blue suspenders.

He appears on the slapstick plains as a wild clown, where Incidental C14 throws a pie at him.
"Food PBFFT! Truck"
He arrives by bus at Rock Bottom from the Krusty Krab with other clowns. He goes back with the clowns to the local circus, where they get into a small clown car.
"Sir Urchin and Snail Fail"
He appears as a contestant at the talent show in the Recreation Center. When Sir Urchin and Snail Fail get into an argument, the former hits the latter with him along with the other contestants.

When Patrick shows FitzPatrick his studio, he runs past as one of three clowns.
