Incidental C14
Incidental C14, also known as Fish-O the Clown, is a character who appears in the episodes "Don't Feed the Clowns" and "Mooned!"
Description
In Don't Feed the Clowns," he is a yellow clown with white face paint, red nose, pink lips, purple hair and orange fins. He wears blue overalls and red shoes.
In "Mooned!," he has a brown body, gray face paint, red lips, blue hair, a small purple hat and purple overalls with a pink jellyfish badge on it.
Role in series
"Don't Feed the Clowns"
He appears as a wild clown in the slapstick plains along with the other clowns, picking up a pie from the ground and throwing it at Incidental C13B.
"Mooned!"
He appears as a guest on The Jellyson Group show, where gets introduced by Jeff Jellyson and juggles jellyfish. He gets into an argument with Jeff, Fabrica Olay, and SpongeBob about the existence of the moon jelly after SpongeBob shows a video of Kevin C. Cucumber catching it.
Near the end of the episode, he shows up to moon along with other Bikini Bottom residents to stun the moon jelly.
