Harvey
Harvey is a nerdy camper at Kamp Koral, and resides in the Pontoon cabin with Bubble Bass and Kevin C. Cucumber. He first appears in the episode "The Jellyfish Kid."
Description
He is a stout light green fish with red freckles, big lips and a big tooth with a rounded point. He has gray goggles with a brown strap, a large set of headphones, a red cap, and a blue backpack.
For clothing, he wears a beige shirt, a red kerchief, dark green pants with a notepad in one of the pockets, a brown belt with a golden buckle, and brown boots with white socks.
In The Patrick Star Show, he is less chubby than he was as a kid, and lacks a kerchief, belt, and goggles.
In the main series, he wears glasses, his cap is bigger, his dark green jeans are simpler, wears a T-shirt depicting an alien, and a blue jacket. He also has a beard on his chin.

"Kreepaway Kamp"
He joins the people who were going to re-enter Kamp Koral. Later, he tells the people who haven't vanished yet the rules of horror. Later, when he demonstrates if one breaks the rules of horror, a figure (revealed as Elwood) captures him, just for him to re-appear at the Clamphitheater near the end of the episode.

Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years
"The Jellyfish Kid"
He is first seen eating at the Krusty Kanteen with the other Pontoon campers, and is later part of Squidward's jellyfishing troop. He is also one of the campers that is tangled up in SpongeBob's phone cord during his pursuit of a jellyfish.
"Kitchen Sponge"
Harvey is one of the campers watching Bubble Bass taste and comment on a Krabby Patty.
"The Treasure of Kamp Koral"
He is seen dining with Kevin outside the Krusty Kanteen, and is later seen catching Mr. Krabs' money after the wind blows it into camp.
"Midnight Snack Attack"
He is seen dining with the other Pontoon campers at the start of the episode.
"Hot Pearl-tato"
Harvey is seen playing a board game with Bubble Bass and Kevin, and is interrupted by the arrival of Missy and Pearl. He applauds Pearl when she rolls a perfect 20 on the board game, and soon freaks out when she soils her diaper and makes a mess of the Pontoon cabin.
"Gimme a News Break"
Harvey is the cameraman for the news in Kamp Koral. However, he keeps interrupting with his conspiracies on martians. Later in the episode, he convinces Perch Perkins that the martians are real and they panic.
"Wise Kraken"
Harvey goes up to the stage multiple times to tell everyone about his conspiracies on aliens. Each time he gets pulled away by a cane.
"Sun's Out, Fun's Out"
Harvey, Kevin, and Bubble Bass try to shoot the Sun with a cannon. The cannonball hits a mountain and a large chunk of rock crushes them.
"Night of the Living Stench"
Harvey's eyes light on fire from SpongeBob's cleanliness after he takes a shower.
"Camp Crossbones"
Harvey gets his badge pillaged by SpongeBob, who gives him a receipt to claim them after he washes them.
"Painting with Squidward"
Harvey appears trying to climb out of a quicksand pit. When Kevin hears about the art contest, he runs off and leaves Harvey to sink.
"Kamp Kow"
Lucky eats Harvey, and he escapes by tickling her nose with a feather from his pillow.
"Helter Shelter"
Harvey, along with the other Pontoon cabin members, mocks Patrick when he does not understand the game they play. When Patrick is crowned king of the cabin, he forces Harvey and Kevin to joust for him.
"Prickly Pests"
Harvey, Kevin, and Bubble Bass have their cabin swarmed by sea urchins. They shred a rare Mermaid Man & Barnacle Boy comic, to the campers' horror.
"Deep Sea Despot"
Harvey first appears during breakfast, looking nervously at Plankton's slop. Later, Squidward stops him from being catapulted out of a canoe, to his disappointment. He is then informed about the revolution against Squidward and shows up to the meeting, saying "All the campers are fed up with Squidward's ironfisted rule!"
"The Perfect Camper"
Kevin knits a castle for a contest, and Harvey comes out in a knitted knight outfit.
"Eye of the Hotdog"
Harvey and Chovy compete in the hot dog-eating contest. Harvey narrowly wins with a score of 14 hot dogs eaten, while Chovy has 13. Once the hot dogs expire, Harvey is among the campers vomiting them out.
"Patrick Takes the Cake"
Harvey appears playing "Alien Autopsy" with his cabinmates. When they run off for the camp mail call, he sits up and complains, only for an alien to appear behind him with a hacksaw.
Harvey is later seen running away from Patrick and his cake, but Patrick forcibly shoves some of it in his mouth.

"Nitwit Neighborhood News"
He is Perch Perkins' cameraman when the wanted criminal Tony Tuna is caught in his home. He is then framed for arrest by Tony himself, along with Perch Perkins, Squidina, and Patrick.
