OFF THE SCALE+ (≥11/10): Episodes so outstandingly perfect that even an 'outstanding' rating would be a major understatement.
Godly (10.4/10 to 10.9/10): The episode not only excels in every aspect to the extreme, but also excels perfection, thus better than a flawless episode.
Outstanding (9.8/10 to 10.3/10): The episode excels in every aspect and is essentially flawless, thus exceedingly enjoyable.
Superb (9.4/10 to 9.7/10): This ranking serves as the interim between 'excellent' and 'outstanding'. There are hardly any flaws in the episode, thus I enjoy the episode.
Excellent (9.1/10 to 9.3/10): The episode has very little flaws, but still very enjoyable and excels in certain aspects.
Fantastic (8.7/10 to 9.0/10): Episodes that I really like. There may be a small number of flaws, but are still very enjoyable.
Brilliant (8.4/10 to 8.6/10): Similar to 'admirable' episodes, except considerably better.
Admirable (8.0/10 to 8.3/10): 'Admirable' episodes are episodes that I would generally come back to as I've enjoyed those episodes. There may be flaws, but they don't bother me.
Solid (7.5/10 to 7.9/10): I have no real issues with the episode, rendering the episode outright good.
Satisfactory (6.1/10 to 7.4/10): I have some minor issues with the episode, but I still enjoy the episode nonetheless. In relation to PIEGUYRULZ's rankings system, 'satisfactory' episodes are good, but are relatively close to 'meh'. The 'satisfactory' rating is split into three-sub categories, including the typical Satisfactory rating.
- Ample (7.0/10 to 7.4/10): The episode is almost in the region of 'good', but misses out due to some issues I have with the episode.
- Satisfactory (6.6/10 to 6.9/10): An episode that lies intermediately between 'good' and 'mediocre'. In other words, the episode is fairly okay.
- Flawed (6.1/10 to 6.5/10): Similar to 'satisfactory', except the episode has some notable flaws.
Fair (5.4/10 to 6.0/10): I don't find it that good, but the positives still outweigh the negatives of the episode. In other words, the episode is just average.
Mediocre (4.7/10 to 5.3/10): The episode is either a mixed bag, I find it 'meh', or the episode suffers with some serious flaws though still enjoyable. This rating has two sub-categories.
- Equivocal: Episodes that are a mixture of good and bad, representing a mixed bag.
  - The name of this sub-rating used to be 'Tweener' and was inspired by mountaindude5150 from his Every Episode of Regular Show Reviewed!. This has since been changed.
- Faulty: Potentially decent episodes, but with serious flaws.
Unfavourable (4.0/10 to 4.6/10): I don't particularly like the episode. It has serious flaws, or I find it rather boring, though overall still passable. Weaker 'unfavourable' episodes may fall under ScumBob territory if deemed problematic enough.
Inadequate (3.0/10 to 3.9/10): The highest failing grade. I dislike the episode for various reasons, whether it is the one critical flaw, or a bunch of serious flaws, though it's not too bad. An 'inadequate' rating has three sub-categories.
- Insufficient (3.5/10 to 3.9/10): The higher end of the inadequate range, and the highest failing sub-category. The episode is more flawed than your typical 'unfavourable' episode, but not quite to the level of an 'inadequate' rating.
- Inadequate (3.0 to 3.4/10): The lower end of the inadequate range is just the inadequate rating.
- Distressing: An episode that is mediocre in quality overall, but gives the viewer an uncomfortable experience for the wrong reasons.
- Laughable: The episode is bad, but it's funny how bad it is.
Unsatisfactory (1.2/10 to 2.9/10): The episode is bad and is filled with problems, or multiple critical flaws. The episode itself can still be tolerable though. An episode with no plot at all falls under this rating. The 'unsatisfactory' rating is split into two sub-categories, as well as an additional sub-category.
- Dismal (2.6/10 to 2.9/10): The episode is pretty bad and is filled with problems, or multiple critical flaws. The episode itself is still tolerable though.
- Contemptible (2.1/10 to 2.5/10): The episode is very bad and is filled with problems, or multiple critical flaws. The episode itself is still tolerable though.
- Vile (1.7/10 to 2.0/10): The episode is exceedingly bad and is filled with problems and multiple critical flaws. The episode as a whole is testing my tolerance, not just a particular infamous moment.
- Repugnant (1.2/10 to 1.6/10): The episode is awful even by the standards of weaker seasons and is filled with problems and multiple critical flaws. The episode as a whole is testing my tolerance, not just a particular infamous moment.
- Pathetic: The episode is inexcusably bad and have problems that could've easily been avoided. Applies to both ratings, most particularly in the 'vile' range where the episode is mostly tolerable.
Abysmal (0.8/10 to 1.1/10): Episodes with this rating reaches (if not crosses) peak tolerability and enters the damned range. These episode have multiple critical flaws that causes the viewer distress and don't have much redeeming qualities.
Abhorrent (0.3/10 to 0.7/10): These outright atrocious episodes make 'inadequate' and 'unsatisfactory' episodes look good by comparison and are even worse than a 'terrible' episode. These episodes are very uncomfortable to watch and have little to no redeeming qualities.
Calamitous (-0.3/10 to 0.2/10): Episodes so atrocious it makes 'abysmal' episodes look good by comparison and are even worse than 'abysmal' episodes. 'Calamitous' episodes generally have abysmal writing and execution, extreme karma abuse, are extremely unoriginal and are extremely uncomfortable to watch.
Blasphemy (-0.9/10 to -0.4/10): Honestly, I think there will never be an outright blasphemous SpongeBob episode, ever. Therefore, there's no point in me dwelling on this rating.
OFF THE SCALE- (≤1.0/10): Episodes so blasphemous that even the infamous 'blasphemy' rating would be too generous of a rating.

Currently, no episodes are rated below 'repugnant', not above 'excellent'.

Unpopular Opinions

I have a few unpopular opinions. Check them out!

Post-movie SpongeBob (prior to Season 6) is better than pre-movie SpongeBob.
Something Smells, Wormy, Band Geeks, Sailor Mouth, Chocolate with Nuts and Mid-Life Crustacean are not very good episodes.
- They're not bad episodes or anything, I just don't like the episodes that much.
- While I initially considered Something Smells to be one of my favourites, I've decided to watch the episode, and it was rather underwhelmed, confused and a bit annoyed. SpongeBob claims he's ugly when he just had bad breath, and he only found out about it once Patrick started having bad breath.
- Wormy has a similar problem to Something Smells, except worse. SpongeBob and Patrick never even learn that the butterfly isn't a monster, and the ending where the city gets destroyed just doesn't make sense since butterflies are incapable of destroying a city. What a ScumBob ending!
- Personally, Sailor Mouth doesn't have the best humour of the series as it involves one monotonous running gag: SpongeBob and Patrick swearing (albeit censored by dolphin noises). I do understand that it's funny and it did make me laugh the first time, but if this is the only source of humour, it could end up being a somewhat mediocre episode once the humour wears off.
- Until recently, I considered Band Geeks to be a decent episode, but due to its notable flaws and a weak story, it's now closer to being a mediocre episode than a good episode, despite a strong ending. Other flaws include a rushed climax and a noteworthy plot hole.
- Like with Something Smells, Chocolate with Nuts also used to be my favourite, but nowadays I found it to be quite boring and monotonous, but still clever in terms of its humour.
- Mid-Life Crustacean was a boring, forgettable episode. I didn't include it onto my least favourite season 3 episodes because I've forgotten about it.
  - It's a shame that in 2019, Nickelodeon and streaming services banned the episode from being aired and streamed respectively, in the United States at least. And no, I wasn't exactly glad it got banned.
Speaking of Sailor Mouth, I don't like the Eels and Escalators scene from that episode. I think it's a ScumBob scene from an otherwise decent episode.
Welcome to the Chum Bucket, Karate Island, Fungus Among Us, House Fancy, Boating Buddies and The Krabby Kronicle are underrated episodes.
Squid Wood, SpongeHenge and Plankton's Regular aren't actually that bad.
Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V is superior to Chocolate with Nuts (may not be that unpopular).
Season 5 is superior to the pre-movie seasons (thus my favourite season of the show, besides Season 9B), whereas Season 3 is on par with Season 7 (which I find to be underrated).
