Avocondo Acres is a retirement community that appears in the episode "Ma and Pa's Big Hurrah."

Description

Avocondo Acres is located near grassy hills. There is a sign at the entrance in the shape of an avocado that reads the title of the location, with the avocado seed representing the second "o" in the name. A small sign can be seen next to it that says "Retirement Community." Some hedges and bushes can be seen next to a wooden fence as well.

Role in episode

SpongeBob's mother and father are both living in this retirement home, and call SpongeBob to say they're moving over to his place.

Trivia

This is the first retirement community to be introduced in the main series since Dullsville Senior Living from "Plankton Retires."
- Outside of the main series, The Patrick Star Show introduced Pappy Farms in "The Yard Sale."
