Teen 4 has made a few appearances throughout the series where he is almost always portrayed as a high school student.

"The Chaperone"

He is seen dancing with Teen 10 to the Doing the Sponge song where they eventually get themselves tangled up and start flopping around like fishes.

"Whale of a Birthday"

He is seen walking at the Bikini Bottom Mall while Pearl and her friends hang out. They all tell him "hi", in which he replies with a "meep." SpongeBob then kidnaps him to make him one of Pearl's many birthday presents.
