He first briefly appears in the opening of the episode trick-or-treating with the original Incidental 41 and later appears as one of the three trick or treaters who make fun of SpongeBob's costume of the Flying Dutchman, referring him as the "haunted mattress." He then sees SpongeBob in his Flying Dutchman costume with a rounded head and Lippy questions if that was the "haunted mattress" from earlier, but the pumpkin inc tells him that he must have been demoted into the "haunted sleeping bag." He then appears as one of the many guests at the Krusty Krab Halloween party where he recognizes SpongeBob while he tries to scare all the party members as the Flying Dutchman.

- It is unknown whether or not if his model number "44" was reassigned to a different incidental like Incidentals 41, 42, 45, and 46.
- His real face is not shown in the episode.
- In a French dub, He is voiced by Sebastian Desjours.
- He and Incidental 24A are the only regular incidentals who are sharks.
