Description
He is an orange fish with thick black glasses and a pompadour. He wears a brown suit with a pink-and-purple striped tie and pockets, and dark-colored shoes.
Role in episode
He is the host of The Jellyson Group, where he introduces Fabrica Olay, Fish-o the Clown, and SpongeBob. He leads a debate on the moon jelly's existence, and eventually starts arguing that it is real.
Towards the end of the episode, he is one of the many citizens who shows up to moon the moon jellyfish and distract it.
