She is a light green fish, with blonde hair tied up in two ponytails on the right and left sides of her hair, and wears a light purple dress, which has a pink top.

When SpongeBob realizes he is causing havoc on Goo Lagoon and fixes everything he did bad, the little girl is crying because there is sand on top of her strawberry ice cream. This prompts SpongeBob to come and wipe the sand off with his eyelashes, making the girl happy.
"Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob"
She is among the kids who dress up and come to the Krusty Krab. She wears a mask and hat similar to Barnacle Boy's. She is purple and wears a brown dress in this episode.
"Toy Store of Doom"
Her mother carries her on a shopping cart while she cries because she doesn't want to leave the toy store.
"SpongeBob's Last Stand"
She is seen in Plankton's parade holding an object next to Incidental 150, and both are between Incidentals 25 and 26. She has blue skin instead of green in this episode.
"Patrick's Coupon"
She gets mad at Patrick and dresses him as a baby along with one of the twin sisters and another girl when he lands on their tea table and destroys it.
"Dirty Bubble Returns"
The girl is playing in the mud with Incidental 152 when the Dirty Bubble comes and sucks up all of the mud along with the girl. After he spits both out but keeps the mud, they realize that they are clean and they cry.
