Incidental 72, also known as Mr. Krabs's worm, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Sandy's Rocket." His incidental type is currently unknown.
Description
He is a dark green worm with light yellow-green and black eyes. He has a black leash with metal bolts on it.
Names
- In "As Seen on TV," he was named Mr. Doodles.
Role in series
Incidental 72 has made a few appearances throughout the series so far with each of his appearances appearing to have a short gap of absence between each other and were scattered throughout the series. He was firstly designed to be a minor character referred as "Mr. Krab's worm" that was known for being Mr. Krabs' pet worm, hence his name. After his debut appearance, he eventually became one of the regular incidental characters, although he has still been portrayed to be the pet worm of Mr. Krabs afterwards. He has also been portrayed as a basic worm character in the series as well, such as being a worm in the animal shelter or being a pet worm of a different character such as an incidental.

"Sandy's Rocket"
Mr. Krabs is briefly seen walking him at night while passing by Squidward Tentacles' house before the both of them get trapped in a moon rock sack by SpongeBob and Patrick.
"As Seen on TV"
Mr. Krabs walks him to work where the Krusty Krab commercial is being filmed.
"A Pal for Gary"
He is seen as the pet worm of Steve at the Krusty Krab where SpongeBob tells him about the forbidden pet rule causing the two of them to at first leave without Mr. Doodles getting his promised Krabby Patty until Mr. Krabs stops them and has them get two Krabby Patties for the price of one.
"Bubble Buddy Returns"
He is seen as the pet worm of Incidental 7 near the beginning of the episode when Shiny Bubble knocks her hair off.
"Sandy's Nutmare"
He receives a jar of Nutty Butter from Sandy.
"Gary & Spot"
He can be seen in the Bikini Bottom animal shelter where Gary and Spot help him break out with the other imprisoned animals.
"Pat the Dog"
He is seen at the animal shelter where SpongeBob fluffs his pillow for him.
"Arbor Day Disarray"
He is seen at the park with Incidental 63 where a saltwater tree punches him away after he sniffs it.
"Kreepaway Kamp"
He is seen in Eugene H. Krabs and Pearl Krabs' house when Mr Krabs receives a letter for a treasure hunt at Kamp Koral.
"UpWard"
He howls in horror to Squidward's clarinet playing.

He appears as one of the many worms from Marvin's van.

Trivia
- A worm with a similar (if not the same) model appears in the episode "Karate Choppers."
- He is the only regular incidental that is regularly portrayed as a pet.
- He and Incidental 66 are the only regular incidentals within the 60-73 range (with the exception of Incidental 64A who is an alternate model of Incidental 64's medieval variant) who did not debut in "Pickles."
- He, Incidental 11, Don the Whale, and Incidental 61 are the only known regular incidentals who are not fish.
- Both he and Incidental 33 were originally designed as minor characters for "Sandy's Rocket," and eventually got turned into regular incidental characters.
- He makes his first speaking role in "As Seen on TV."
