Mr. Krabs' ghost-defense items
Appearance
Object
Mr. Krabs' ghost-defense items are a set of defensive weapons that allegedly protect whoever wears them. They appear in the episode "Pranks a Lot."
Description
Usage
Mr. Krabs' ghost-defense items are used to help Mr. Krabs defend himself from any ghosts. Mr. Krabs states that they are why he is not afraid of any ghosts.
Items
- A spotted neckerchief (which is blue and white)
- Dried-up sea leprechaun (which is kept in a bottle)
- A gold Foxy necklace (which is worn around his neck)
Mr. Krabs, at this point, says that to be on the safe side, he:
- wears his pants in a Melvin knot
- has his feet shackled together in a shivering timber brace
- the hair on the back of his neck is taped down
- wears his anti-ghost armor (which is a barrel, some metal, and a couple lights)
- is armed with the Specter Deflector (which is a paddleball set)
Role in episode
Mr. Krabs wears them when he hears the story in the newspaper about the "Bikini Bottom ghosts," who are SpongeBob and Patrick after the effects of the Invisible Spray. After they break into the Krusty Krab, Mr. Krabs uses his Specter Deflector to defend himself, though he breaks himself out of the items after hearing SpongeBob say "Boo," running away out of fear.
