Incidental 124 has appeared in only three episodes so far. After her debut in "Sleepy Time," she is absent from the series for over 20 years, but she later makes a comeback in the season 13 episode "Upturn Girls." She was firstly designed to be one of the fancy audience members watching Squidward's performance in his dream.

She is one of the fancy fish in the audience watching Squidward's performance in his dream. After his performance with SpongeBob as a clarinet, she and other fancy fish from the audience shove Squidward aside to look at SpongeBob as a clarinet and then become shocked when he morphs back into his original self. She then chases him with other fancy fish after he runs out of Squidward's dream.

"Upturn Girls"

She is very briefly seen in Upturn's when Pearl and Narlene enter the store, where only the very top of her shoulders can be seen.

"Don't Make Me Laugh"

She appears as one of the two stars of Prudence in Love, confessing her love to Nathaniel. When SpongeBob laughs at the movie, she gets angry and tells him there is nothing to laugh at because it is a melodrama, not a comedy. She and Incidental 127 then cheer along with the movie patrons when the usher kicks SpongeBob out of the theater.
