Youtooz is a Canada-based collectibles company opened in 2019 that started by collaborating with big YouTubers to make figures/statues of them. Since then, the company has grown larger and gone far beyond its original line of YouTuber merch, having collaborated with big companies such as PBS Kids, The Bob Ross Company, Dreamworks and more.
In the year 2021, Youtooz released a line of SpongeBob SquarePants x Youtooz statues and later went on to release plushies of the characters as well. Such characters include SpongeBob, Sandy, Mr. Krabs, Patrick, Squidward, Plankton, Gary the Snail, DoodleBob, Larry the Snail, Prehistoric Gary, Snellie, Mary the Snail and the Cockroach that appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV." There are also two upcoming plushies from the Jschlatt line in partnership with the SpongeBob license which feature characters "Rammie" and "Jango" dressed as Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy.
It is noteworthy that many of the collectibles are based on popular memes from the series, such as there being ones based on the "24" meme from New Student Starfish, one based on Squidward in his "Future" pose from SB-129, choking Mr. Krabs from Scaredy Pants etc.
All of the Youtooz line of merchandise are limited time only products.

- Unlike the other models which are based on specific episodes of the show, Sandy and Plankton are instead based on common pieces of stock-art.
- The SpongeBob sit plush was used as a stand-in in the production of the Patrick Starship Enterprise short.[1]

- "Falling Handsome Squidward" is based on The Two Faces of Squidward.

- "DoodleBob" is based on Frankendoodle.
- The plushies also feature characters who have never gotten the plush treatment before due to being one-time characters, these are:
- Mary the Snail has only appeared in the mainline series in the episode Gary in Love.
- Larry the Snail, despite appearing as an Easter Egg in some newer episodes, is most prominent in the episode Dumped.
- Prehistoric Gary has only appeared in the mainline series in the episode Ugh.
- The Mermaidman SpongeBob Plush is based on SpongeBob's sidekick uniform/costume from Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy II.
