Dark Knight
Sandy,[1] more commonly known as the Dark Knight,[2] is the medieval ancestor of Sandy Cheeks. She first appears in the episode "Dunces and Dragons."
Description
The Dark Knight looks the same as Sandy Cheeks and she is very tall, but she is revealed to be Sandy's size when she is defeated. She wears silver, orange, and yellow medieval armor with an acorn on the chest and a rope belt. The Dark Knight also carries around a weapon known as a flail.
History
She worked for Plankton's ancestor, Planktonamor for a while, until SpongeBob defeated her. She then joined SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidly Tentacles. She decides to switch sides because SpongeBob is very good at Karate
She goes into the castle to save Princess Pearl Krabs by telling the guards that she was going to torture SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidly but just went up to save Princess Pearl. When the jellyfish dragon comes up, The Dark Knight gets zapped by the dragon, and SpongeBob and Patrick save Pearl from being dropped into the lava.
Trivia
- While this may be just be a mere coincidence, the pose that the Dark Knight is in during her introduction is reminiscent of Richter Belmont's pose from the video game, Castlevania: Dracula X.
- Unlike Sandy, she is not seen wearing an air helmet underwater.
- It's possible that Planktonamor is using magic to let her breath underwater.
