Arto Nieminen (born 1957) is a Finnish actor, writer, and film director. He voiced Eugene H. Krabs in the Finnish dub of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.

Arto Nieminen is one of the most popular voice actors in Finland. He has voiced a lot of different characters, including:
