Description

Incidental 109 is a short child fish with round white eyes with black pupils and a green sausage-shaped body that has a lighter front part. He wears a red propeller hat and Mickey Mouse-esque light blue shorts with two white buttons.

Names

• In "The Inmates of Summer," an unclearly-individually-identified five from the role call sheet of the Sun-N-Fun Island troops containing Incidentals 67KID, 73KID, 100, 101, 103, 108, 109, 152, 158, and one of the octopus quintuplets are named Matty Mollusk, Billy Blenny, Percy Perch, Tom Tarpon, and Lois Flatfish.

Incidental 109 appears in a few episodes in the series. After his appearance in "Patty Hype," he does not make another appearance until the season 5 episode "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob." He then appears in "The Inmates of Summer" and "Toy Store of Doom," but is absent until the season 8 finale "Hello Bikini Bottom!." After that, he is absent from the series for a while and returns in the season 12 episode "Escape from Beneath Glove World." He was firstly designed to be a patron at the Valentine's Day Carnival.
