Character

Incidental 159[1] is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Roller Cowards." He is likely classified as a kid-type incidental.

Description

He is an olive green baby with one strand of hair with a pink bow. He also have light orange lips and a single tooth. He wears a white diaper.

Role in series

Incidental 159 has made a decent amount of appearances throughout the series. He is a baby fish and is usually seen with adult female fish as his mother. He was at first a one-time character for the episode "Roller Cowards" where he was designed to be a baby rider on The Mitten with SpongeBob and Patrick, but became one of the regular incidentals later in the series.

He rides The Mitten with SpongeBob and Patrick. He enjoys the ride while SpongeBob and Patrick cower in fear. When they get off he gets annoyed by their cowering and tells them to stop.

"It's a SpongeBob Christmas!"

He appears during SpongeBob's "Don't Be a Jerk" song where he mentions to be nice to babies.

"Evil Spatula"

"Whirly Brains"

He appears as the baby of Incidental 46 when SpongeBob mistakes his diaper for his brain.

"House Worming"

He appears taking a stroller ride with Jennifer (Teen 15) as his mother where his mother gets disturbed by a worm infested SpongeBob and zooms away from inside Incidental 159's stroller.

"Trident Trouble"

He drops his pacifier on the floor which causes him to cry. SpongeBob tries to use King Neptune's trident to give his pacifier back to him but it instead turns it into a pacifier monster who starts sucking on him like a pacifier and runs away. He can later be seen with his mother near the end of the episode, peacefully sucking his pacifier.

"Mustard O' Mine"

He is seen in a stroller with his mother at the beginning of the episode. He also appears as one of the unaccompanied minors.

"ChefBob"

He struggles to eat an ordinary-sized Krabby Patty. Mr. Krabs then slices the patty into a bunch of mini Krabby Patties, making it easier for him to eat them.

Mr. Krabs hides behind his stroller while he sneaks out of the Krusty Krab.

"Escape from Beneath Glove World"

He appears at Glove World! with the female spokesmodel as his mother, where she avoids her baby from seeing SpongeBob's and Patrick's faces from riding the baseball ride too many times.

"My Friend Patty"

He appears in the Sea-Tots daycare center. Later, he is in line for auditions of eating Krabby Patty.

The Patrick Star Show

"Bummer Jobs"

He is seen riding Patrick as a pedicab.

"Squidina's Little Helper"

He appears watching The Patrick Show! next to a well dressed Incidental 110, where he tells him that Patrick was referring to them when he says "babies and gentleman."

He takes pictures of Patrick and Squidina coming down the red carpet.

"X Marks the Pot"

He is seen as the baby of Steven and Incidental 48, where he is taken away by Man Ray and replaces him with Mabel. Man Ray then drops him off at the Evil Orphanage.

"Patrick's Alley"

He appears as one of the babies that Patrick and Squidina are assigned to babysit throughout the episode.

He repeatedly punches Pat the Hapless in the face, giving him a black eye.

"Driven to Drive

He appears as a newborn baby, being delivered by the pit crew at a speedway.

"Day of the Living Dad Jokes"

He is seen as one of the transformed citizens during the Dadpocalypse.

"Ice Cream Headache"

He and Bubble Bass appear at Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat. When Patrick ate their ice cream, Bubble Bass started crying and he gets annoyed by it. He later appeared at City Hall with Incidental 49 and Incidental 186.


Trivia

  • He is currently the only regular incidental character who is normally portrayed to be a baby, instead of being an alternate "BABY" suffix variant of another incidental.

  • Plankton's baby disguise from "Sheldon SquarePants" contains a bow wrapped around his antennae that looks very similar to Incidental 159's.
  • In "Ice Cream Headache," he was credited as "baby man" where he is heard speaking in a masculine voice of a grown man.
