There are two parts to the track, and it samples Flextone, the Optigan track "Big Top Marching Band," "Voodoo Freetime" in Part 1, "Sargent Bilko 169 BPM" and "Alien 1 and 2 120 BPM" from the EastWest Percussive Adventures library, and "Cluster Gliss Up" from Best Service: Classical Choir in Part 2.
