"Star Trekkers" is a series of three tracks composed by Nicolas Carr and Steve Marston. Two edits of "Star Trekkers 3" have been used in the show, titled "DT 07 ROBOTS ruff#174" and "Shark Frenzy." It also uses a sample from Best Service: Advanced Orchestra.

Usage

Star Trekkers 1

  • 161a. "Mooncation" - Sandy's rocket lands on the moon.
  • 319b. "Captain Quasar: The Next Iteration" - The opening; Captain Quasar Secret Club handshake; "They got the new Captain Quasar to sign autographs?"; Bubble Bass opens the pit of doom.

  • The name of this track is a reference to the sci-fi media franchise Star Trek.
  • These tracks were originally composed for the Cartoon Network pilot for Diggs Tailwagger, which was made by the same crew as SpongeBob.
  • Between "Mooncation" and "Captain Quasar: The Next Iteration," it took "Star Trekkers 1" and "Star Trekkers 3" over thirteen and a half years to return.
    • Between "Eek, an Urchin!" and "Captain Quasar: The Next Iteration," it took "DT 07 ROBOTS ruff#174" over twelve and a half years to return.
