Template:LTab Template:Location The Bank of Bikini Bottom Bank, also known as the First Bank of Bikini Bottom, is a location that first appears in the episode "Safe Deposit Krabs" and serves as the main setting for that episode. It also appears in the short "Fish Food Rescue: The Krusty Krab" and the online game Can You Find SpongeBob? It is one of the banks located in Bikini Bottom, with another bank being the First Nautical Bank. The latter has appeared more frequently in the series to date.
Description
Exterior
It is a later version of a City Hall exterior. The outside of the Bank of Bikini Bottom Bank greatly resembles a giant white crate. It also has two doors with two windows on both doors. It has two columns holding up a yellow sign that reads the bank's name at the top in red lettering.
Interior
The inside of the bank resembles any other bank. There are four places where the customers can go and withdraw or deposit their money.
The bank also contains a large vault, a safe deposit box room, and an elaborate drain system which links to a Bikini Bottomite's house.
Role in series
"Safe Deposit Krabs"
The Bank of Bikini Bottom Bank is first announced by Realistic Fish Head when he says that the mayor is talking about the grand opening. The mayor then tells that the first 100 customers that join the Bank will receive "instant interest," much to Template:Data:Links' delight.
However, when trying to get into the safe, Mr. Krabs ends up getting trapped in the bank overnight. Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links attempt to break into the bank with no success, but, eventually, Mr. Krabs is later released the following day.
"Fish Food Rescue: The Krusty Krab"
The bank appears in the short during the montage of Mr. Krabs with money, where he is locked up in the vault of money in the bank.
Role in game
In Can You Find SpongeBob?, it is called the First Bank of Bikini Bottom. It appears as an incorrect choice for one of the riddles, alongside Goo Lagoon and the Om Hotel.
